Arach brand was founded in 2019 by us: Krzysiek Prządka – a Level Designer in the video game industry and a lifelong watch enthusiast – and his wife Gosia, a Narrative Designer and a translator. We mention our gamedev background for a reason: our initial prototypes were entirely designed inside the game engine Krzysiek used daily at his studio. We spent nearly four years securing funding and refining our vision. By spring 2023, the final concepts for our first two timepieces were ready, allowing us to prepare the technical documentation for production. But the work didn't stop there. We spent another year refining the details before we felt ready to show our work to the world. Arach finally debuted on February 29th, 2024, with the A93H “Aranea” and A95H “Noctis” models.

The brand name derives from arachnophobia, which Krzysiek fought by adopting jumping spiders. These are small and quite charming (really!) – perfect if you need help overcoming this phobia. That experience inspired our first two models, by capturing the vivid coloration of jumping spiders. If you look closely at the dial, you’ll even spot eight spider eyes! Interestingly, our surname literally translates to (small) spider silk. Such a coincidence cannot be accidental. It’s been over a year, and we’ve had the pleasure of meeting countless watch enthusiasts. Watch enthusiasts bring positive energy and something truly valuable: your feedback. Thanks to your input, the new Fearless collection has evolved. We switched to the well-known ad reliable Miyota 9039 movement, allowing for a thinner profile. We also introduced new models “Horizon”, “Eclipse” and led by the totally wicked “Rainbow” -our first limited edition.

We’re not stopping there. A completely new project, the A01H, is just around the corner. It features a new case and a fresh approach while maintaining our brand's unique identity.
